The terms you accept when you book a professional through NiskuHelp.

01Who you are dealing with
NiskuHelp, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Reach us at niskuhelp@gmail.com or . NiskuHelp connects you with independent local professionals and runs the booking, chat and support around their work.
02Prices
Every service shows its price before you book — per unit for fixed jobs (per AC, per tap, per room), or per hour, per day (8 hours) or per month for time-based help. Each professional's own price for your services is shown on their card, and your booking records the exact total. A small platform fee is shown separately.
03Spare parts and materials
Where a service says "spare parts extra", parts are charged at their actual cost, shown to you before they are fitted. You may buy them yourself instead.
04Paying
You pay the professional after the work is done, unless the booking says otherwise. Never pay anybody who asks for money before the visit in the name of NiskuHelp.
05Your booking
Your slot is reserved with that professional the moment you book. They confirm it in their app; if they cannot come, we offer you another professional or cancel it for you at no cost.
06Time-based bookings
Hourly bookings run from the start time you choose; a day is 8 working hours; a monthly booking starts on the date you choose and runs for the agreed daily hours on working days. Changes to the routine are agreed between you and the professional.
07Safety at home
Please be at the address (or have someone there) for the slot, keep valuables put away, and report anything that worries you to us immediately — through Support in the app or the contact details below.
08Your account
Keep your password to yourself; anything booked from a signed-in account is treated as done by you.
09What we are responsible for
Running the booking honestly, showing the right prices, and helping fix a problem with a job done through NiskuHelp. Professionals are independent; the work itself is their service to you.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow.
