01What can I book?
21 kinds of help: AC, RO, electrician, plumber, carpenter, painter, kitchen, TV & DTH, cleaning; maid, cook, laundry, tailor, driver, labour, babysitter, elder care, beauty at home; event staff, home tutors and photographers.
02How do I book?
Choose a category, tap ADD on the services you need (you can pick several — their prices add up), then Choose professional. Pick someone near you who is free, then a date and time, and confirm.
03Can I talk to the professional first?
Yes — tap Chat on their card. Ask anything, then book whenever you are ready.
04Hourly, daily or monthly?
Maids, cooks, drivers, labour, babysitters, elder-care attendants, event staff and tutors can be booked by the hour, the day or the month. Repairs and installations have a fixed price per job.
05When do I pay?
After the work is done, unless your booking says otherwise. Spare parts, if needed, are charged at actual cost and shown to you first.
06Do you work outside Lucknow?
We are starting in Lucknow. More cities soon.
